How do I invite a family member?

In the app: Settings → Household → Invite Member. Share the invite code or QR.

Where do I manage my subscription?

On your device: Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

In‑app: Settings → Privacy & Security → Account → Delete Account.

Deep Link & Invite Troubleshooting

  • If tapping an invite link does not open the app:
    • Ensure the app is installed and up to date.
    • Try long‑pressing the link and selecting "Open in Clarity Home".
    • If it opens the website, copy the invite code and open the app → "Enter Invite Code".
  • Developers: The apple-app-site-association file is hosted at /.well-known/apple-app-site-association and the site root with no redirects. Associated Domains must include applinks:clarityhomeliving.com in the app entitlements.

Data Requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email support@clarityhomeliving.com from your account email.

Safety and Content Reports

To report objectionable content, abuse, or an unsafe household invitation, email support@clarityhomeliving.com. Include the household name, invite link, or account email when available so we can investigate.
